Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, and what they mean for your business

Our published case studies come from heating and cooling companies. They aren't results in your trade, but the methods behind them carry over to any Vancouver business that depends on local search.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Every number on this page is a result from our HVAC work, for named heating and cooling companies with live websites you can visit. We show them because they are real and checkable, not because they predict what will happen in your trade. Below each one we explain what it shows and what carries over to a Vancouver painter, cleaner, electrician or shop.

BCWide.ca: three times the leads in 90 days

BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

What it shows: a fast turnaround is possible when the basics are fixed first. In a short window, most of the gain usually comes from making a business easier to find and easier to contact, not from clever campaigns.

What transfers to you: the order of work. Clean up the Google Business Profile, make the phone number and text option obvious on every page, and track every enquiry. Those steps don't depend on your industry, and in Vancouver, where so many searches happen on phones, they often matter more than anything else.

GasBoilers.ca: a new division with a strong review record

GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. Today it covers 26+ BC communities, and its Google rating stands at 5.0★ from 76+ reviews.

What it shows: a business can launch a focused new line under its own name and earn trust quickly, if reviews are treated as a routine rather than an afterthought.

What transfers to you: two lessons. First, a focused brand or page for a specific service can outperform a generic "we do everything" message. Second, a steady review routine builds the social proof that makes strangers comfortable calling. For a Vancouver business with many tenant customers, recent reviews that mention tidy work and good communication do a lot of quiet selling.

Roma Heating & Cooling: organic traffic up 400%

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% in 12 months.

What it shows: a year of consistent search work can multiply the number of people who find a business without paying for each click.

What transfers to you: patience and structure. Organic growth comes from clear service pages, useful local content and a technically sound site, built steadily month after month. Our neighbourhood SEO follows the same principles, adapted to the way Vancouver people search by area and building type.

HeatLand: 850+ articles and a 300% lead increase

Over 850+ SEO articles went live for HeatLand, and its leads rose 300% within 6 months.

What it shows: content at scale can drive leads when every piece answers a question real customers ask.

What transfers to you: the principle, not the volume. A small Vancouver business doesn't need hundreds of articles. It needs a handful of genuinely helpful pages that answer the questions customers ask before calling: cost ranges, timelines, what to expect in a strata building, how to prepare. Quality and relevance beat quantity at every size.

CanroHeat.ca: lead growth of 250%

CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth.

What it shows: an established business can still grow its enquiries a great deal when its online presence finally matches the quality of its work.

What transfers to you: many long-running Vancouver businesses rely on word of mouth and a website from years ago. Bringing the website, map listing and reviews up to date is often the biggest single improvement available, because the reputation is already there; it just isn't visible online.

Reading results honestly

When any agency shows you results, including us, ask four questions:

  1. Is the client named, and can I see the live site? If not, treat the claim with caution.
  2. Over what period? A percentage means little without a timeframe.
  3. From what starting point? Going from 10 to 40 leads is a 300% increase; so is going from 100 to 400. Both are real but very different.
  4. What would be different for my business? Market, competition, budget and how fast you answer the phone all change the outcome.

We apply those questions to our own case studies, which is why we label them as results from our HVAC work and don't claim them for other trades. If you want to talk through how the method would apply to your business, see our services, check the pricing, or contact us.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have case studies from my industry?

Our published, verifiable case studies are all from HVAC companies, because that is where the group's portfolio was built. We present them honestly as HVAC results and explain which parts of the method apply to your business.

Can you promise similar results?

No. Every result depends on the market, the competition, the budget and how well the business handles the enquiries it gets. What we can promise is the same disciplined method and honest reporting.

Where can I see all the case studies?

The full list is on the HVAC.Agency case studies page. Each one names the client and links to its live website, so you can look at the work yourself.
