The entry plan is $1,999 a month month-to-month, which drops to $1,499 a month if you commit to annual billing; GST of 5% applies on top. They follow the published pricing of our parent brand, Trades.Agency. Google Ads spend is always separate. Below are the plans, what pushes cost up or down, and an honest way to decide whether a monthly plan makes sense for your business yet.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Every plan covers marketing and advice only; we are not a contractor and don't perform any work for your customers.

The three plans

Plan Month-to-month Annual billing What it covers
Growth $1,999/month $1,499/month Core digital marketing for an established local business
Elite $3,999/month $2,999/month More channels running at once; Trades.Agency website design packages are half price
Enterprise $7,999/month $5,999/month Its own dedicated team and priority support, with a website design and build of any package included at no charge

Canadian clients add 5% GST. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract, you can cancel with 30 days' notice, and annual commitments earn the lower price. The full, current details are on the Trades.Agency pricing page; if anything there differs from this page, that page is the reference.

What each plan looks like in practice

Growth suits most owner-run Vancouver businesses with one location or one service area. The work concentrates on the foundations: Google Business Profile, a review routine, website fixes, and neighbourhood SEO for your priority areas. Some Growth clients add a modest Google Ads account.

Elite fits businesses running several services or crews, or covering a wide part of the city plus nearby municipalities. More channels run at once, and the website discount helps if your current site needs replacing.

Enterprise is for larger operations that want a dedicated team and a new website built as part of the plan.

What drives the cost of online marketing

Whatever you pay us or anyone else, these are the factors that decide how much work is really needed:

  • How crowded your category is. Some Vancouver service searches have dozens of established competitors; others have a handful.
  • How many services and areas you want to grow. One service in three neighbourhoods is a much smaller job than five services across the whole city.
  • The state of what you already have. A sound website and a well-kept profile mean faster progress. Starting from nothing takes longer.
  • Ad spend. Separate from our fee, and set by you against a written cap.
  • Your response speed. Not a cost line, but missed calls waste every other dollar.

A quick affordability test

Before committing to any monthly plan, check whether the numbers can work.

  1. Write down your average job or sale value. Say $900.
  2. Write down your gross margin. Say 45%, so each new customer earns $405 before overhead.
  3. Estimate repeat business. If a typical customer comes back once more within two years, the real value is closer to $810.
  4. Divide the plan cost by that value. At the Growth plan with GST, $2,098.95 ÷ $810 ≈ 2.6.

So in this example the plan needs to produce roughly three extra customers a month to pay for itself, before counting any ad spend. If that seems realistic given your capacity and market, a plan is worth discussing. If you can't handle three more customers a month, or your job value is much lower, start with the free guides and the first-year budget guide in particular.

How to choose

  • Pick Growth if you are one business, one main service area, and you want the foundations done properly.
  • Pick Elite if you run several services or crews and need more channels working at once.
  • Pick Enterprise if you want a dedicated team and a new website included.
  • Pick none yet if the affordability test doesn't add up. We would rather you come back in a year than pay for marketing you can't use.

What happens next

Call, text or email with your average job value, the neighbourhoods you want more of, and a link to your website or profile. Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute consultation. We will tell you which plan fits, or whether you should wait. The contact page explains what to include, and the FAQ answers the common questions about contracts and ownership.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contract?

Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual billing lowers the monthly price if you are confident you want a full year.

Is GST included?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add 5% GST. For example, the Growth plan at $1,999 a month comes to $2,098.95 with GST.

Is ad spend included?

No. Google Ads spend is paid directly to Google from your own card, so you always see exactly where it went. Our fee covers planning, management and reporting.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. If you run an eligible trades business, your first 30 minutes with us cost nothing and sit outside any paid plan. If you run a different kind of local business, ask anyway and we will tell you what we can offer.

What if a plan is too much for my business right now?

Then we will say so. Some very small or very new businesses are better served by doing the basics themselves for a while. Our guides explain how, and you can come back when the numbers support a plan.
